New member. need some tips on not eating at night
My doc told me instead of 3 meals a day to eat 6 small ones. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack dinner, snack. It's a bit difficult to get used to especially if you always used to overeat a lot anyway, but once your stomach shrinks, it's actually easier, you never really get hungry anyway.
