Do any of you eat Protein Bars on occassion or regular basis?
I eat a South Beach Living - Protein Fit cereal bar as my 3:00 snack (side note: I am not actually on the South Beach diet). They are lower calorie than the serious protein bars - which I think is sufficient since I'm not trying to pack on muscle. I think it makes a good afternoon snack because I go home and workout before I eat dinner. On days that I do free weights + cardio, I'll usually also have a protein drink with dinner.

optimum Percentage of Fats/Carbs/Protein per day for weight loss?
I was curious about that as well.

Exercise Diary HELP PLEASE
Yeah, I'm new to the site and found that to be very strange also. I'd rather have it not calculate my calories for sleeping and resting. I plan to only enter my exercise and not to mess with it other than that.
