I am 27 year old female, who was a former college and high school athlete; however, I have allowed life to pull me into a downward spiral in terms of my health and nutrition. I am taking a pledge now that I am done with school for a couple of years and working to get back on track and loose weight and inches so that I can be in good health and good physical shape. This will be a journey with ups and downs but I look forward to shedding those pounds and inches and being proud of my determination and success in the end. Let's ride that wave guys!
