I've been working out at the gym daily for the past 3 months (consistently), and my goal was to originally to tone. However, would like to loose at least another 25-30 lbs. My weight loss has plateau between 159-162 lbs. At the beginning of July 2013, I weighed approximately 181 lbs, losing approximately 20-22 lbs (not but choice, by circumstances), then started working out following the weight loss.
I'm pushing myself to lose this weight due to a BLC (Biggest Loser Contest) at work! Let the races begin.
