Hi! I am me.

It's hard to see me under all of the fat, but it is there. My journey is inspired by my wanting to be healthy. Not in the obsessed with my weight healthy. Not in the doctor's recommended BMI range healthy. But I want to FEEL healthy.

I think my main motivation is I hate eating and calorie tracking and drinking enough water. Dang water! I really hate drinking water! All it does is make you have to pee 5 million times a day.

But I digress. If I weight less, I don't have to eat as many calories, or drink as much water! Crazy reasoning, right?

Well it has to be. I used to want to be thin to find love. But love is found within... well.. and outside as well. I have my love. My DH is the best man in the world.

I used to want to be thin to have kids, but I am learning fat or thin, doesn't matter. My child bearing issues have nothing to do with my weight, its more of random bad luck and genetics. So, why stress over that?

I used to want to loose weight to look good in a bathing suit. But you know what? I don't like the beach. Sand gets every where. So I wear a bathing suit once in a blue moon.

So, here are my goals as of 3/16/18.

1) Drink my goal in water almost every day.
2) Eat my caloric goal in healthy, affordable ways.
3) Get back down to 240.
4) Be able to run up the stairs without being out of breath.
5) Work out three times a week, if it's weekend yard work, or cleaning the house, that totally counts!
6) Not eat any fast food for the remainder of March and for all of April.
