PhD student who accidentally fell in love with strength training in 2010 thanks to a friend. My long-term fitness goal has been to drop from 20% body fat (which seems to be my body's natural set-point) to 10%. My current eating experiment is ADF (Alternate-day Fasting). On eating days I eat a "normal" amount (2000-2600 cal) and train strength. On fasting days I do 30min-1.5h of low-intensity cardio (which for me is walking) and eat a 500 calorie, high-protein meal in the evening before bed.

Usual body composition:
165ish lbs @18-20% bf

Goal: 140-150lbs @ 10% bf AND maintain it for at least 1 year.
