Hi everyone!
I'm Jessica, a young, athletic woman with PCOS who is regaining control over her body! Being 5'11" is no longer an excuse for being overweight!
I'm following a high protein, low carbohydrate diet.
For exercise, I'm combining rowing (crew), the stair master/elliptical, sporadic cardio-dance classes to lift my spirits and weight-training. (I have a sports injury in my lower back which prevents me from certain activities).
I've lost 14.5 pounds (between January 16 and February 20)
Down 21 pounds (as of March 13th)
Ultimately, my goal is to reach 165, but I think that will probably take me about a year.
