26 Years old and need to be a small-ish UK size 10 again.
All my favourite jeans are on the tight side and need to feel happy about wearing them again!
I blame all this to starting a new job 18 months ago, whereby I sit in an office all day and have to drive to work. The lack of daily activity hasn't helped my weight as I've never been one to exercise.
Saying that, now that I'm going to the Gym 3-4 times a week I am noticing the benefits, such as better mood and less asthma.
