I'm worried about my weight but i don't know if i should be???
I am 6 foot 1 and I weigh 225. I was wanting to know if I should lose some weight before I started doing ab workouts to get ripped up, or should I start my ab workouts right away?? I have a little bit of a belly and I would like to lose it, does anyone have any suggestions??
