About 2.5 years ago, I started my weight lost journey tipping the scales at 430 lbs. In about a year and a half, I lost 80 lbs. I felt great and wonderful and actually felt "fit". A year later, well I haven't gain any weight, I haven't lost any either. While I still feel better than when I started this journey, I do realize some of my sort coming and why I haven't lost anymore weight. I'm ready to go back to being more observant of what I put into my body. I'm ready to begin the second part of my journey and get down to my goal weight of 250 lbs. No fad diets here, just counting calories and working out.
