I'm confused
So can anyone tell me if Kcals and calories are equal? And why is it when I work out on a machine at a gym it tells me calories burned but when i enter it in my diet calendar it is alot more? Not that i'm complaining...........Question

I'm Starting Tomorrow!
I'm right there with you, I just bought all the groceries and starting tomorrow! My mother in law was a godsend because she saw that I was starting the Fat Smash and she brought me the book today. I will tell you mostly you will be eating fruits and veggies and drinking only water and herb tea. You can also have yogurt, brown rice, and egg whites in specific quantities. NO potatoes or avacados and the big thing for me is NO coffee! We can do this! Anyway, if you have any questions let me know and I will tell you what it says in the book! It is pretty simple, Good LUCk!!!!Wink
