I can't do it
The older we get the hard it is to take off but it can be done. I have been in that same mindset for a long time but two weeks ago I started my diet. While MrsRatcliff says its highly unlikely for a person to be able to wake up and "slash your calories and fats in 1/2, give up foods you are accustomed to, start preparing ALL of your food while currently..." that two can be done. I did it two weeks ago.. 14 lbs later I am encouraged to keep going. No not everyone will do something like that but if one is determined enough anything is possible!
