I am 41 years old and mom to a 6 year old.
I was a competition swimmer when I was young and as such always very fit.
Then I got in trouble with bulimia for a very long time, which made me at least look good (from the ouside).
But after my pregnancy I got diagnosed with asthma and with all the meds and the extra cortison I found it very hard to lose all the weight I gained.
Being suddenly a single mom with a toddler, with not enough sleep and lots of work didnt work in my favour either.
I dont want to be obsessed again with only thinking food and calories...its not good for me. As a mom I want my kid to have a healthy and normal relationship to food. I love to cook and bake, too.
It's a every day struggle, losing weight and at the same time being afraid going back to an eatingdisorder. Time for excersize is very limited. Try the best though.
I have been on and off the fatsecret thing over a couple years now, and this time I REALLY want to do it. :-)
