Busy with work, going to my kids sports games
I love to cook and exercise but have little time to do either
The best time to exercise is the morning but i'm not a morning person
If I miss more than a day of exercise it takes me a few days to get back to it
I eat properly during the week
Weekends I trouble because it's not regimented and a lot of running around
