Hi, I am a 57yr young wife, Nana, mother who works full time in a big box hardware store. I am active in my church, but I am not active at all when I am at home. I am really making it my priority to get healthier and be more physically active. I have 3 dogs a cat, 10 goats and 50 chickens. We had 5 American guinea hogs but they are now in my freezer.
