Food is at the center of our family get togethers. Since we all are live apart now, when we travel to each other's homes there are local places we meet and food is the central theme. I am the only one in the family with a weight issue. The last 5 years have been more difficult due to the death of one parent and the unfortunate disease of dementia for the remaining parent. I am hopeful this year to incorporate more exercise and lose weight this year.
