Depression and Pain
I am a diabetic too and I understand your pain...I got sick and tired of being sick and tired...My sugars were running 600+. Well I decided to do something about it..I have been low carbing for 7 days and guess what my sugars are now 146.
Due to this disease I lost sight in my left eye and could not drive anywhere for 8 months, that was enough for me...I now have my sight back. You can do this. I read a book called the Diabetes Solution by Dr.Richard Bernstein, I'm not plugging this, but it will help you out a great deal..It's not just you, this disease will reek havoc on you emotions..I don't eat fruit or any fast action sweets..I eat meat, veggies, and fat. Get creative with your food and your health will love you for it..I'm losing weight too...Be blessed
