Hi there,

I am a 44 year old lady who is desperate to lose weight but is struggling due to chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I would like to loose 3 stone but 2.5 would be acceptable. Physical exercise is difficult for me but I swim when I can. I also eat a lot for lack of energy and emotional reasons. I have always needed a lot of food to keep going but I have not always had my medical conditions. I would be keen to hear from others who are struggling too.
