I work in broadcasting and enjoy early morning workouts at the gym, but cannot get on as regular a routine as I like. I want to get back in shape and stay there, but more importantly, I want a healthier lifestyle, especially when it comes to food choices. I used to golf frequently but that has been replace by bowling...though I miss golf. I also enjoy cleaning house and working in the yard, two additional ways to stay in shape.
