Hi, never take diet pills, instead eat proteins and fiber. It will suppress your hunger and helps in building muscles.

Thyroid and weight loss
Hi, Thank you for your reply. I tested it last year, and I do take medication every day. I am not sure if the medicine(thyronorm 50 mcg) is preventing the weight loss. Earlier I use to lose weight so fast (at least 1 kg in one day), but now it takes at least 3 days to reduce 0.5 kg...

Thyroid and weight loss
Hello everybody,
I have thyroid, although minimum. I think it’s why I am having trouble losing weight.
Any suggestions if I can do anything about it. I would appreciate it.
