I am starting the next Journey of my Life ~ two boys raised (was a single mom), I now have all the time in the world for me.

Joined FLO Fitness (FLOmma) August 2014, but began to go regularly six days a week in April 2014. This gym offers classes of a mixed variety at 45 minutes - I attend Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, and Kicks and Abs. Class routines are different each time, which works really well for me. I love that I have no clue what I will be doing in class, and I cannot talk myself out of going. Workouts are intense and leave me exhausted at the end, but within the hour I feel re-energized.

I love, love, love nature and reading (youth/young adult), as well as enjoying beading and movies.

I try to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into my daily routine.

Nice! Thank You, exxtoexx and Tyny, for your suggestions. I have been eating spinach and Brussels sprouts, and I have eliminated both this past week and will start with just one for a week or so. I shave fresh ginger root (I keep mine frozen for easy shaving) into my bottled water already.

Bloated
I am feeling bloated lately. I follow the "you On a Diet" plan for breakfast and lunch (same thing every day) with my own dinner plan. I began eating vegetarian in February 2012. I try to eat fresh foods and drink quite a bit of tea and water daily (maybe 64-70 oz per day). Bowels are good, just my stomach feels icky. Any suggestions for relief?
