Protien shakes?
The trainer at my gym said to becareful with protein shakes with a lot of calories.

If you don't eat it, you don't have to burn the calories off!!!
If you don't eat it, you don't have to burn the calories off!!!

If you don't eat an extra 500 calories, then you don't have to worry about burning it off.
