How Often Do you weigh yourself?
It is best to weigh yourself in once a week at the same time every week. Your body goes through so many changes daily. Today I could be up a pound tomorrow down a pound. I feel like when I weigh myself everyday if I am up I get discouraged and tend to not stick to my plan.
