I like this article. It really points out that you have to look at the labels when you are buying processed food to figure out what is really in there.

He points out that there are good alternatives and bad ones - again read the labels to figure out what you are eating.

1. Breakfast Cereals.
2. Granola Bars.
3. Yogurt with Fruit at The Bottom.
4. Bread.
5. Sandwiches.
6. Fruit Juice.
7. Sport Drinks.
8. Fast Food Salads.
9. Frozen Meals.
10. Diet Soda.

You are right Jessyline - everything must be in balance!

drinking water throughout the day is important -
all at once could literally kill you (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication)

to sum up >> drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water with every meal and snack is a safe way to do it - drinking a gallon of water at a time is not safe (with a meal or not)
