So, I've been told by a few people that I look like I've lost a lot of weight. I'm sure that I've lost some water weight in my face.
I've been trying very hard to work out more.. But can only really fit it in over the noon hour...I try to get to the wellness center a couple times a week and do enjoy an occasional lunch out. I know that there is definately more physical activity that I should be doing.
My legs look better. But, the scale isn't moving and my clothes aren't fitting better.
I'm happy that other people perceive that I'm looking better. But, it is frustrating that I don't see it. Running is getting easier and I feel well. I guess that should be good enough.
I hiked up Spirit Mound with Owen on my back last night. I was pretty tired after shooting a wedding all day last Saturday, but I hiked around the yard with OWen the next day. I was pleased to not feel like I'd been hit by a bus. That, I suppose, counts for something too. :D

Breastfeeding has helped. I would like to be further along in my weight loss since it's been nearly a year since my son's birth. I have a little under three months until his first birthday. I had been biking to his day care over lunch to nurse him. It's gotten cold and that activity has decreased. I'm going to try to do more activity again and eat better to get toward 160.

Gained more weight, got pregnant and now have 15 or so pounds to go before hitting prepregnancy weight. Then I need to try to lose the pre-prepregnancy pounds.
