About ME-
I work with adults with disabilities and feel blessed to have such an amazing job that allows me to see daily how it really is the small things in life!
As well as understanding that just because "you" find it easy doesn't mean that it's easy for "me"(regarding everyone and everything). I personally believe we all have "disability's" some are just easier to see than others.
I have always been the "thin" one in the family, growing up I knew I would always need to be mindful of my weight (seeing the negative feelings my sister's dealt with and not wanting to experience those). Many struggles and bumps along the way, and now at 30 years young I am making this my number one goal to be as healthy as possible!
I try to be realistic (trying to quite my mind's own body image issues) and understanding it's how I feel not a number, size or a comparison to anyone else.
That being said, I have realized that with my goal to lose weight and become as healthy as possible, I really needed to look at the small things in life, the things that have brought me here (in life and this site) working on ONE small goal at a time (easier said than done) and understand why I do them, how can I "tweak" them if it's to hard at this point in time for me to remove it completely.
I love that I get to create my world as I see best for ME! And along the way meeting and learning new things and people to help me toward my goal!

OH I love and needed this!!!! Per the "chart" I should weight in the low 100's WTF, NO WAYYYY!
I am:
5'0 even!
146 (as of yesterday!)
Size 6-8
M-L top (Ive always been thick in the waist and blessed w a bubble butt)
-Also interesting not only are we all so different but our "bodies" have a weight that it likes to stay at, now of course we can always force it to go either way down or up and gaining is always easier (funny but not ha ha funny). I feel my body likes me right around 135ish (I think, will let you know when I get there! And I will buy the t-shirt or maybe a key chain lol)

Heavier than I thought
Congrates! It can be interesting how we can lie to ourself, I try to be overly "honest" esp when I log my food cause that can be an easy lie! Thank you Fat Secret for helping make logging food easier!!!

Adding more Meals
I am also trying to eat more frequently, for me I don't mind the lay out I would actually like to be able to add in at the times that I ate them, that way when I review my breakfast lunch dinner and snack I could see if I was on track for feeding my body, I tend to go long periods with out eating... boo for me but working on it, good luck, oh I for right now try using my phone calendar kind of a pain but...

Need quick exercise tips that really work!
Vic1383 are we in the same boat?! It can be hard working so many hours and trying to find time for your own goals! I try working out Comcast on demand they have one I really like under the work out programs (exercise TV) Chris Frytag! I really like her, not super hard but gets me breathing and combined with my boddy bug I not only feel it I can see it! I tend to do better in the am since I find I can be pretty drained from the day and working out in the am gets a pep in my step but on those days that are little slow going I can squeeze it in at any time and not have to rely on anyone else!
