Hi Everyone trying to partner up with someone with similar habits
Giving up those sweets is the hardest! It is impossible for me to just have a taste. So I have to go completely sugar and grain free as those are my "go to" foods, especially when stressed. I just started Keto and have had no cravings for the sweets. I even have the Halloween candy sitting here and I've resisted all week. I'm here to be a cheerleader if you need one!

63 year old lady looking for buddies
I understand! I have a friend I walk with 3 mornings/week at 7:30 a.m. There are so many days I know I would stay in bed if I were not meeting her. Starting to get cold here so we'll see how long we can keep it up!
It helps me also to keep track of calories, carbs, etc. That keeps me motivated, as well.
Just start small. Say you'll ride that bike for 15 mins. Usually once you get started, you can go a bit longer. Put on some fun music while riding.....or just dance around the house!

63 year old lady looking for buddies
Hi katnippers. Just joined this site myself! I am 65 and a retired teacher. Trying to get into a new routine and definitely better health. I am lucky I have no medical issues but do need to lose about 40 pounds, I was using this site for nutrition info to chart my carbs, protein, and fats and then found all this extra motivation!
