After being diagnosed menopausal 6 mths ago and beginning hormone treatment my weight has soared from 52kg to 67kg.. OMG i have always watched my weight but seem so hungry lately i am making bad choices. I have been on the dukan diet years ago and it worked so i am going to give it another go. Is there any other girls around my age experiencing the same problems? I feel so depressed having allowed this to happen, my doctor assured me i would not gain weight :( Would love to hear from others having the same problems as I am :)
