Born in Brooklyn NY in the 60's we uprooted to South Jersey in the 70's and transplanted to South Carolina five years ago. My highest weight was 246lbs 2yrs ago when I worked for a Latin Themed Mall. I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure 3 years ago. Now a days it is just me and hubby at home. Basically, I only have to worry about cooking for me since he works with food all day.

Hey Now - From South Carolina
Hi every1 new tracker here. Trying to get a hold on my diabetes and must count everything that goes in my mouth. Found this site by accident and am looking for support. Give it to me Str8 is what I say. Buddies welcome - Please and thank you.

Bad habits
I am a night time snacker as well and it doesn't help hubby comes home after 10:30pm from work and eats dinner after he winds down. I've tried almonds and yogurt and got bored quickly. I've tried the Simply Naked chips and usually eat more than I should. You are not alone Bubble. I just keep looking for something new and healthy so as not to get bored. Keep getting back on that horse Smile
