Starting my day eating Cheerios with SoyMilk and then an orange. For lunch Had a Sandwhich, with ham, cheese and little mayo and garden straws and carrot juice and qauker chewy. I felt like i ate alot, but i dont think did. In 40 or so minutes I will do some weight training and yoga. Then for Dinner I will have a Full Bar and then a Lean Cuisine dinner. THen i will go walking and do Curcit Training with Jillian Mchaels. Hopefully I will lose a pound :)
