Looking to lose about 15 lbs but need to cut out the junk in order to do it! I am quite a healthy eater for my meals but between meals... look out. I'm hoping that by putting my daily food out there for the world to see, I'll have a reason to not take candy from my co-workers candy dish or overdo it at parties. I also need to stop snacking on the food I am preparing for my kids (who knew a little spoonful of peanut butter could be so many calories!). I play rec hockey once a week in the winter and try to run/bike a few times a week.

Adding snacks to food diary.
It does matter to me as I like to have a record of what works for me; how can I get through the day feeling satisfied and full but staying under a reasonable number of calories. I can look back at it at a later date when I need some inspiration/ideas.

I like the time idea NCNOLE....thanks.

Adding snacks to food diary.
Hi all! I eat six small meals per day and track all my food. I would like to be able to add a snack category in between each of the meals on my food diary so I can see what I ate when instead of a mass of food under the one label "snacks". Is there any way to do this???

I hope this makes sense... instead of seeing "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks" as the categories, I'd love to be able to edit it to "Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack". Can I do this and I'm just missing something?

Treadmill woes
I find treadmills hard because it's too easy to step off the treadmill before I'm done where outside I have to run home so I can't just stop. It's a motivation issue for me I like your question since it's not practical with the weather for me to be outside.

Substituting Healthy(ish) Food for Non-Healthy Food
I make my whole wheat pizza dough with my bread maker. I can guarantee that there won't be any Soybean oil etc. (I think there are only 6 ingredients). Yay. I then top it with a little pizza sauce, very little cheese, sliced grape tomatoes, fresh basil and mini boconcini cheese. Once it's cooked, I cover with a storebought balsamic reduction. It tastes like a resaurant flatbread and it's amazing!
