Usted debe ser capaz de cuando se pone la información en relación con el nuevo alimento que le da la opción en la parte inferior para añadir a la base de datos o sólo lo hacen como uno fuera, tal vez ha hecho clic en un fuera?

Best diet out there?
I have tried Weight Watchers previously and it did work for me when it was normal Points but when it changed to Propoints it just didn't work for me anymore.

Now I am just sticking to normal, healthy, wholefoods, with a higher fat content and sticking within my RDI and it seems to be working for me.

How do i get back on track?! I need to find some motivation. :(
Just remember- take it one step at a time and 1 meal at a time, you can do this if it is truly something you want.

Remember if you want something and really do want to achieve it its not hard to achieve it, if you don't want something and are doing it for someone else then it is always going to be hard to achieve it.
