The Oatmeal Diet
Try my breakfast shake. It contains oatmeal. I use 30g, but you could easily increase it to 50 if you want a thicker shake.

You put the oatmeal in a blender (dry) until powdered.
Then add a banana broken into chunks,
a tablespoon (15g) of peanut butter for your good fat and extra complementary protein,
A scoop of whey protein powder OR 300ml of milk (more if you can fit it in, but this method makes around a 500ml-1pint shake)
