I'm 18 years old with over two years of natural bodybuilding experience.
-Once 40lbs overweight
-Once 10lbs underweight
-Now healthy and always finding room for improvement

Through all my own experiences with loosing fat and building muscle the biggest tip I can give to anyone trying to do the same is to stay consistent. We live in a world where people want to see results "fast" and want to know different "shortcuts" to reaching a goal. Loosing fat and/or building muscle takes time, and given consistency with your nutrition, workouts, and tracking macros I can promise you WILL see the results your looking for over time.
