I have only lost 0.04 in one week. It is driving me crazy, i have an issue with starches/bread, each time i ask them at the center they give me a different answer. Does anyone know what 1 serving means in terms of grams and calories? Please help. i can't live without my bread and it would help to have the proper measurements.

They changed my plan today. i hope i continue to lose more and more now. I am on the LA Express plan for one month, 2 1/2 proteins, 3 vegetables, 2 fruits, 3 starches, 2 dairy, 2 fats and 2 LA lites. it seems like more food to me. is anyone else on this plan and most important DOES IT WORK.
I AM SOOOO HAPPY, almost 25 down.

slowly but surely. I need to lose 6 more before they change me to the GOLD plan. apparently less food..GREAT.
