Calorie Breakdown diagram is not working =(
Have noticed that it is already for a couple of days doesn't work propperly. It doesn't want to count down my protein intake. After breakfast and lunch it says that my protein intake is 2%, while the numbers show a completly different situation:

Change of date for weigh-ins
I weight in at 10 am, becuse it's summer and no studies, but I will have to do it earlier as well. I am thinking of weighing in the morning and register results little bit later. =)

New here and looking for a buddy
Hi! I'm new here and would like to have someone to talk to and get support from. I am 26 and I live in Sweden. I would like to lose around 10kg.
I like biking, which I started doing again almost every day (this was the way I've lost weight before).
I also like ice-cream, which is kinda a problem now =) since I'm trying to stop eating sweet stuff. So sometimes I need more motivation not to eat ice-cream, then to train.
