Will eating that white bread ruin my diet?
Sad So I was at my grandmas house, and she totally loves to feed me. A LOT of food. I ate the vegetables she offered me, then she got some white bread out of the cabinet. She told me we'd be having it for dinner for the rest of the week. I really didn't want to hurt her feelings, so I ate a roll for 190 calories. I am still in my calorie limit. But will doing this everyday of the week make me fat?

Eat something unhealthy in my calorie limit?
I ate a 320 calorie cookie icecream, and it fit inside my calorie limit if I exercised a bit. I'm 13 and my limit is 1300, just to let you know.
Do you think I will gain weight from this, even if I burned it off?

exercise
Don't exercise, and eat whenever you're hungry! Eat things like Healthy Choice soups and frozen dinners. Exercising when sick can harm your body.
