I am a 51 year old single mother of 2 boys- aged 18 and 21- just got the youngest graduated from high school. I work in an Orthopaedic Surgeon practice- very busy and stressful sometimes- but love the job. Have 2 years remaining on my BSN. Even though I am old, I would love to finish the degree and do some medical missions. Still have a few good years left in me! :) I have been on possibly just about every diet known- have lost some weight and gained it back so many times- hard to believe I was skinny in my 20's and 30's. I love to workout and when I do lose some of the weight, I would love to play tennis once again. I live in Knoxville- so close to the Great Smoky Mountains that I want to get back into hiking the beautiful trails- hard right now to haul my butt up those steep mountains. My goal is to lose 69 pounds- that may be too much for me to accomplish, but it is the goal I have set.
