Any good South Beach Snacks
Chickpeas are great.....Rinse and drain them...place in a plastic bag abd add some olive oil or spray them with olive oil , add garlic salt or taco seasoning....what ever. Place in a shallow baking pan. Set oven to 350 and bake about an hour. More or less, depends how crunchy you like them.

New Day !!
I am going to stay on track today....#3 Day. I noticed having a breakfast of eggs and bacon have sure kept me satisfied longer during the day. After work is still the hardest. Tempted to snack and have some wine.
