Good news on the type 2 diabetes
Got my blood test results back today from my 3 month check up on my A1C level. It has dropped back below the threshold. I had been at levels of 6.8, 6.7 and now at 6.0. The loss of 13 pounds and the avoidance of highly processed food (white bread, sugar laden sweeteners and white rice ) seems to have contributed to both some weight loss and the lower numbers. Stay in the game.

Penis size
Actually, you are correct. As you lost fat around your groin area, the penis does emerge. It does not change size but becomes more visible. Small experiment: Stand up and look, then lay on your back and compare. The fat settles and what is there emerges. Similar to breasts in a different way. Standing they look larger than when laying down on one's back. The fat spreads out and they appear to diminish. A valid question despite some the immature remarks.

How to add a food to your food diary you cant see listed but know calories for?
You can add information that is personal to you, perhaps a homemade recipe that you calculated all the details for but make it frequently. Or, as you ask, a sushi roll that you just want to add the calories. On the listing for Item, there is a like to "add new food" It brings up a nutrition chart like you see on a package label with no entries on it. Fill in what you want and click "my customized food" at the bottom right of the page instead of the "add to the data base. Your personal information would be useless to someone that does not know what ingredients you use. et. Hope that helps.
