I'm a very busy single mom of a super sassy 2 year old. I work full time (40+ hours/week) and take part time college classes online. I have been obese for as long as I can remember and I am tired of it. I would like to be a good, healthy example for my daughter. I decided to try a Keto diet and would like to lose at least 60 lbs. I am using fatsecret to keep myself accountable and also to keep track of my macros. I would like to consume at least 1500 calories in a day so I set that as my goal (I'm not concerned about going over as long as it stays under 2000). I am going to do my best to control my sodium and my cholesterol intake while on this diet as I am at high risk for heart disease. I would like to avoid artificial flavors and sweeteners as well and aim to drink a gallon of water/day. I would also like to work some yoga and cardio boxing into my days and I am hoping that the change in diet will give me some energy to exercise.
