Eat less - But frequently
I have heard that eating too often but in less quantity will increase your metabolism rate and that's how you can help yourself not to gain weight and stay energetic all day long.
I have not followed this uptil now but.. I don't have any option left, have tried everything else to reduce my weight.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Now I am GAINING weight
Just don't exert you physical strength in exercising of any kind. Relax when feel tired. It happens to me always, sometimes I got muscle damage, sometimes get fever. It is important not to overdo the exercise.
