46 year old disabled Veteran, newly unemployed due to health. My weight has been an issue for sometime now. I hired a personal trainer and got taken for a lot of money but no results. As a matter of fact, ever since then I haven't been able to get back into exercise or taking care of myself properly. I'm not trying to look like I did when I was young, I just want to look the best I can at my age now.

I fell like I can't stop eating!
I am so sick of eating I don't know what to do. I feel like if I eat one thing, I eat until it's all gone. Not just the portion I take but the entire product. A lot of times I'm not even hungry. I used to walk all the time now I don't and cant for the life of me figure out why other than laziness. I suffer from depression but have a joyful spirit. I have a athlete hidden in me I just don't trigger the motivation to bring it out. I'm killing myself and I don't want to die yet. Help me. Please? I have to re-train my mind, body and spirit on what food is for. I sit here now typing this in and I am sick from a full stomach. Help me anyone. Help me get motivated.
