sweets!!
Start slow! Go towards more naturally sweetened products. Try to stay away from processed sweet snacks. Increase your water intake.I had a terrible sweet tooth also, but I kicked it. Went on a 30 day juice fast. I stopped eating all animal products. Foods taste so different to me now. When I do crave some thing sweet besides fruits, I will have either dark chocolate, Uber bar, or Angie's kettle corn. All items have natural ingredients. Good luck!!
