Hi I am Jenny, I have been obese my whole life...but so is my whole family, including the extended part...I use to think it was impossible to combat my genes..til I worked hard and fit into a smaller size of Jeans...My highest weight was 330 my lowest 206...I am 278 right now and want to be 140! so I have half of me to go along with half of my issues with my body...I think at the end of this I will appreciate my body more because I would have earned it...right now I am dancing and kick boxing to lose weight, once I build up my stamina I am doing INSANITY! Beach body work outs seem to work really well...but I don't want to start now because I feel like if I am overwhelmed I will quit, PROGRESS IS A SLOW PROCESS! I plan to lose it and keep it off so going slow.
