Not Adkins but Vegetarian Low Carb
On the other hand if we're just talking meat, I could probably go for a steak on weekends.

Not Adkins but Vegetarian Low Carb
Thanks...I read the links you attached and I appreciate it. My problem is that I am an all or nothing type guy. For instance, I love bread but I have issues moderating. It's like if I have some bread I want more so it's just easier not to have any otherwise I'll blow my Carb Limit. I know this probably seems silly but if I'm not excessively strict it just doesn't seem to work. Thanks again.

Not Adkins but Vegetarian Low Carb
I had always been a bread eater, chips, nachos, cheese, beer. Any grain type food I loved. I have quit eating all these foods and with exercise I dropped 40 pounds over the last couple of years but I have leveled off and I still need to lose another 40 or 50 pounds. My yearly physical indicates that I am healthly and I am on no medications. I want to lose the fat though.
I have decided to get serious about Ovo Vegetarian Low Carb. It seems to fit me - Eggs, Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Peanut Butter, Boca Burgers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes. These foods seem to satisfy me. I am not much of a meat eater or fruit eater only because they just doesn't appeal to me.
This diet plan results in approximately 50 net carbs. Do you see any negatives with this approach?
