loose weight from back??
Like serafano said.. no such thing as spot reduction, thats just where your body likes to store fat. But if your loosing your loosing and it will start to come off on the back side too!

How many calories should i be eating to lose weight?
If your eating less calories than you burn in a day you should loose whight.... don't lower it when you work out and try to work out every couple days.

HIIT - I need advice please!
Good advice from the posts abouve... after your warm up try 1 or 2 minute intervals of sprinting as fast as you can for that amont of time then a slow jog... I can get on the treadmill and run / jog for 45 min. when I do HITT I'm ready to throw up after 15. Also 3 times a week is enough so that way you can recover. Hope this helps!

Best tasting protein drinks?
Muscle Milk is by far the best tasting protein, but that one they have at walmart is cheap and works just as good.

exercise
Circuit training... Burns fat and calories like crazy! Do 15 or 20 minutes three times a week and see if you notice a difference. Also all this about doing exercise that you enjoy is crap... You have to get out of your comfort zone if you want to seriously make a difference!
