I've started running. It seems to be getting me off of this plateau. I will see where I'm at in a week :) I'm optimistic.

Weigh-in: 143.4 lb

lost so far: 10.6 lb

still to go: 8.4 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Weight training going well. I alternate between upper body days and lower body days. 3 of each a week. Luckily my husband is pretty well versed in all of this, so he is helping me figure some stuff out. I've finally figured out things to eat that are satisfying me and working for me. Yay!! We will see what the next month will bring :)

Okay. So I pretty much quit weighing myself. The number game is just off for me. If I lose weight, great if not fine. I'm working on my muscle tone more so I know I'm losing fat weight. It just kept fluctuating and getting me down. I'm become to obsessed with the numbers which for me is dumb, because my body naturally holds more muscle weight. So I'm gonna go with that.
