January 8. Judy and I ate poorly late night. I'm not quitting this though. Seems I eat even though I'm not hungry...just because food is in the fridge. Promise myself to drink more and fill up on a protein shake instead of cookies and stop eating some of John's supper. Nothing after 7:00 maybe I'll try that.

I am so sick of being heavy. My pants don't fit right. I have been dieting but just put it all back on from stress and no energy to do anything but sit and eat after work. And I sit all day at work.
