I am a 38 year old stay at home/pt employed mother of two. I have always wrestled with my weight. I have never been skinny. I don't expect to be skinny. I do expect though to be fit and healthy. So, that's my goal. Fit and Healthy.
I go to the gym roughly three times per week and do a bodypump or zumba class. I've recently taken up running and will waddle (I don't like to call it running because that is just an insult to runners everwhere) three times a week and do about 2 miles per run. Lack of exercise is not the problem, food is. I love it, can't deny it. I am an awful snacker especially at night. It's also very easy to finish what the girls have left.
So, this starts my first week of recording and trying to behave myself.
